Closing a Sales Quotation

Before closing a sales quotation, the user must approve the record.
Closed sales quotations cannot be imported into Sales Order.

Closed status in Britana is considered a valid transaction. User can close a sales quotation manually after successful approval. It is only possible to close a sales quotation if the status is approved.

If the user has an authority to close the sales quotation, CLOSE button appears. Otherwise, there is NO close button.
